Why join the g320?
There are many small associations, with fewer than 2500 units, registered with the National Housing Federation and working in London. These registered social landlords (RSLs) provide a large number of homes in the capital to a wide variety of tenants.

helps you get to grips with the regulatory regime,
means that if it’s lonely at the top you will get mutual support,

How to join?
Eligibility requirements are that you are a member of the National Housing Federation, a registered housing provider (Housing Association or Co-operative) with 2500 or fewer homes in management and ownership.
If you are not a paid up member but you are eligible to join us, then please download and complete our Membership Agreement Form-2020-21. Return it with the appropriate membership fee to the Treasurer. Check form for details of amount, payee and address.
If your application is approved, please send a cheque for your subscription rates (below) payable to “g320 London’s Smaller Housing Associations Group”.
Under 50 units – £25
Under 250 units – £50
Under 1000 units – £100
Under 2500 units - £250
