Why join the g320?

The g320 is a group of smaller housing associations with fewer than 2,500 units, registered with the National Housing Federation and working in London. These registered social landlords (RSLs) provide a large number of homes in the capital to a wide variety of tenants.

How to join?

Eligibility requirements are that you are a registered housing provider (Housing Association or Co-operative) with 2500 or fewer homes in management and ownership, based in London or with a significant proportion of stock in London, and that you are a member of the National Housing Federation.

If you are not a paid up member but you are eligible to join us, then please download and complete our Membership Agreement Form 2024/2025.

Return this to cassandra@pcha.co.uk for your membership to be approved before you make any payment.

Subscription Rates

  • Under 50 units – £25

  • Under 250 units – £50

  • Under 1000 units – £100

  • Under 2500 units - £250

 

If possible, please pay by BACS with the details provided on the Subscription Form (downloadable above), and email your completed Subscription and Membership forms to Cassandra Barns, g320 Exec Assistant, at cassandra@pcha.co.uk.
