Past meetings have mainly been for the discussion of the three work streams and ways for the group to work more effectively. See the Members Area for the Minutes of the meetings. The work streams are:

We have also produced a Social Value toolkit, also in the Members Area, and we are working on how our members can implement this in their organsiations.
Over the last four years we have met on a regular basis (at least every quarter) and have discussed a wide range of topics that affect small associations. Our aim is to share common concerns, find positive solutions where possible and share good practice to enable small associations to approach the challenges that face us in a positive way.
Topics have ranged from Governance, Welfare Benefit Reform, Supporting People, Asset management, Stress at Work, Best Value, Rent Restructuring, Business Excellence, Regulation, Homebuy, Service Charges and Efficiency. We have been lucky enough to have speakers from the NHF and the Chartered Institute of Housing, as well as a number of other skilled and interested professionals to come and initiate some stimulating discussions.
